Important Technical Note on DVDs -- please read before ordering.  We use the "DVD minus R" (DVD-R) format for better compatibility with most DVD players.  Before ordering, ensure that you know what format your player can play.  +R and -R masters are available for most titles; if you have a specific preference you can write it on the order form.  We will replace DVDs that are found to be defective, but not ones that you cannot play because the kind you requested is not supported by your player.  If you are uncertain, then please do not order a DVD.  If you're having trouble with a DVD, please read our DVD Diagnostics page.
